Resetting Device
SonicMeld licenses are bound to the hardware where they are first activated. If you change your computer or upgrade major hardware components, you may need to reset your device binding.
How to Reset
- Login: Go to portal.sonicmeld.web.id.
- Devices: Navigate to the My Devices section.
- Unbind: Find the device you want to remove and click Reset Binding.
- Re-activate: You can now activate your license on a new machine.
Policy
- Standard licenses allow for a limited number of resets per year.
- For business or high-frequency changes, please contact support.
